Donations
You do not need to create an account in order to make a donation to the Hold My Beer Foundation, however, you are required to provide at a minimum your name, address, phone number, email address and identifying data regarding your credit card. For information about the handling of your credit card information, please see the section below (Security of Your Information)

Security of Your Information
We take appropriate steps to protect the security of your personal information. We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from: unauthorized access; improper use or disclosure; unauthorized modification; and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. Our Employees, Directors, Chairs and Volunteers who have access to, and are associated with processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitor's personal data.

E-mail Communications, Newsletters and Related Sites
The Site provides you with the opportunity to receive communications from us or third parties. Once you have decided to receive such communications, you may later decide to stop receiving them. To stop receiving communications, email hello@holdmybeerfoundation.org. Please be aware that e-mail communications may not be secure and may be susceptible to interception by third parties.

Aggregate Information
We use general traffic, site usage, and length of stay information for statistical reporting and may share such reports with organizations with which we have a business relationship, i.e. our web host Wix. This aggregate information does not personally identify you.

Other Information
There are occasions when we will ask for additional information, such as professional specialties, interests, title, or your organizational affiliation. We do this to better understand and respond to your needs, and provide you with benefits that may be valuable to you.

Use of Information
Your information will be used to issue invoices, administer accounts, collect and process payments and to send information to you about the Hold My Beer Foundation and our programs. You may opt-out of mailings (both postal and email) at any time if you do not wish to receive non-business critical information from us. 

The Hold My Beer Foundation will not sell your email address for commercial purposes, however, to support our fundraising and awareness efforts and within our community outreach programs we may provide your personal information to third party organizations to support these efforts toward fulfilling our Mission Statement. By using this Site, donating to our cause and contacting us, you expressly agree to the knowledge that your information may be shared.

How to Modify or Delete Your Personal Information

To receive a print copy of your personal information or to request the removal of your personal information from our records, please send a letter to the address above.

If your record contains information concerning donations, to maintain legal record keeping compliance we cannot remove it from our database.
